This will involve sanding the wood floor to prepare it for the application of hard wax oil (2 to 3 coats). The floor sanding system we use is 99% dust free as we use an advanced professional sanding and extraction systems. We will then proceed with the application of the protection to your quality wood floor. No traffic can be allowed on the floor for at least 4-5 hours to allow the protection to cure. We will ask you to remove all the furniture from the rooms to be restored before the work starts. Furniture is allowed to be placed back in about 24 hours after the last coat of hard wax oil application

2- Wood Floor Sanding And Lacquering/Sealing

This will involve sanding the wood floor to prepare it for the application of the lacquer/seal. The sanding system we use is 99% dust free as we use an advanced professional sanding and extraction system. We will then proceed with the application of the lacquer/seal to the wood floor. No traffic can be allowed on the floor for at least 3 hours to allow the protection to cure. We ask that all furniture is removed from the rooms to be restored before we commence the floor sanding.
